What are credits and how do they work?
Each image you generate uses 4 credits on average. Credits are automatically added at the start of each billing cycle — monthly for monthly plans, or monthly release for yearly subscribers.
You can also top up credits anytime by purchasing a credit pack.
Do unused credits expire or roll over?
Credits from subscription plans remain valid for 90 days after they are issued.
Unused credits within that period will automatically roll over, but will expire once the validity ends. Credit Packs, however, never expire, so you can use them anytime.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades or cancellations become active at the next billing cycle. Your unused credits will stay valid until their expiration date.
What’s the difference between monthly and yearly plans?
Monthly plans refill your credits every month.
Yearly plans provide the same monthly credits but at a 20% lower price and keep them valid throughout the subscription year. Choose yearly if you prefer long-term value and convenience.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can easily purchase more credits using our Credit Packs:
- $5 → 200 credits
- $10 → 450 credits
- $20 → 1,000 credits
- All credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire.
What payment methods are supported?
We support credit cards, debit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay, processed securely through Stripe.
All transactions are encrypted, and your payment details are never stored by Easelfy.
What is your refund policy?
If you experience issues or change your mind after purchase, you can request a refund within 3 days of your first transaction — as long as you have used fewer than 50 credits.
